Finse expands its production – new AMOB, Faccin and LVD machines in use

Finse is once again taking a major leap forward with the expansion of its production. Three new machines are arriving at the new production facilities: an AMOB eMOB 80 CNC tube bending machine, an LVD EASY-FORM-9 220/30 CNC press brake, and a Faccin HCU 1050×3 CNC plate rolling machine. The machines are supplied by our long-term partner Vossi Group.

Meeting customer demands

The investments respond to our customers’ growing requirements. The adaptive Easy-Form Laser angle measurement system of the LVD press brake is the only solution on the market that measures the bending angle in a single press stroke – precise angles are achieved in one press, regardless of the sheet’s rolling direction or thickness variations. The Faccin two-roll plate rolling machine, in turn, brings added speed and precision to sheet metal work.

– We have had positive experiences with AMOB technology for several years now. The eMOB 150 CNC tube bending machine enables the bending of tubes up to 154 mm in diameter with even tighter radii. The need came directly from our customers – for example, the exhaust pipes and exhaust aftertreatment systems of large engines are packed into ever smaller spaces, which requires tighter bends, says Antti Hyppönen, CEO of Finse.

The expansion improves our ability to deliver demanding assemblies

The new machine investments further strengthen our ability to respond to industry’s growing needs quickly, accurately and reliably. With the expansion, we can bend larger tubes, manufacture more demanding assemblies and shorten lead times – without compromising on quality. We continue to systematically develop our production so that we can serve our customers with the industry’s best technology, now and in the future.
